The Leadership Upward Feedback (LUF) survey plus workshop provides leaders with detailed results regarding the leadership style of the leaders of your company and assists them to align their leadership skills and qualities with the expectations of the company.
WHAT IT’S ABOUT
LUF starts with a tailor-made online questionnaire filled in by the team members. The data generated provides a clear picture for the leaders to reflect upon their own personal qualities, leading and coaching styles, which then will be used for a feedback meeting with their own team. With the input and guidance given in a follow-up 3-hour workshop, the leaders will be trained to be effective communicators who will facilitate communication with their team members and set goals and action plan to build a more energetic and cohesive team.

Setting up of Online Leadership Upward Survey with accounts designated and data analysis
